Tina West, M.D., P.C.

Dr. Tina B. West is a dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon with years of experience treating a wide variety of skin conditions. Her practice emphasis is on the use of fillers, Botox, and laser treatments to reduce the appearance of aging and photo aging, including wrinkles, sagging and blotchiness.
Dr. Tina B. West is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Society of Dermatologic Laser Surgery. Additionally, she is a member of the American Medical Association and served as Vice Chairperson of the Dermatology Foundation from 1996 to 1999.

Elan Reisin, M.D.

The Reisin West Institute is pleased to
introduce our association with a new plastic surgeon. In July, Dr. Jorge Reisin was joined by his
son, Dr. Elan Reisin, who recently finished his training as Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery at
the Georgetown University Medical Center.
After working as a research fellow for the National Institute of Health, Dr. Elan Reisin attended
University of Michigan, where he completed his undergraduate studies. He then completed a Masters
Degree and Medical School at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He then finished three years
of General Surgery training at the prestigious Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit before transferring
to Georgetown to do an additional three years of residency specializing in Plastic Surgery. He is
trained in both cosmetic and reconstructive Plastic Surgery.

Lorri Cobbins, M.D.

Lorri Cobbins, M.D. is a native of Saint Louis, Missouri, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology, and a Medical Doctorate at Saint Louis University. She was the recipient of the Campbell Academic Scholarship for Medical School, and received the Summer Research Fellowship Award in Anatomy as well as the Distinction in Research Award. After graduation, Dr. Cobbins relocated to Louisville, Kentucky where she completed an internship in General Surgery, a residency program in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and an additional residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. During this seven-year training period, she received several honors and awards in the areas of research and presentation.
